Exercise:

small bowl cereal, few bites of bread crusts

2 pcs toast, coffee
2-5/6 at 5:00pm
chicken, beets, carrots, tomato, popcorn/caramel, banana cake, apple juice
Observation: I should really have waited for supper until I was hungry. I'm not sure what other observations to note. Just need to be careful on my lunchtime eating so I will be hungry for supper. And I need to be patient if I'm not yet hungry at mealtime and just wait on the Lord.
