Note: I was awake for hour in the middle of the night and my stomach was really hungry so I opted to eat a little to settle it.
0-5 at 7:30am
2 pcs toast, 1 egg, tea, 2 bites apple pie (mostly the apple)
2-3 at 9:30am
tea and one small homemade chocolate
0-5 at 1:00pm
chicken/veggie tacos with fresh salsa, apple, 1 bite of chocolate
Note: It was a step in the right direction not taking more chocolate...or ice cream for that matter! I was craving something sugary, but was able to ask what God wanted and also reminded myself that I want to be hungry for supper and want to enjoy a nice little treat after supper so why would I want to sabotage all that now???!

banana, 1 bite of apple pie
Note: I'm not 100% sure I was hungry, but all my bodometer readings said "hungry" just not my head which thinks it is too early to be hungry and I wasn't rumbling. I was once again tempted to eat sugary things...but then all of a sudden a banana sounded appealing...thanks God:-)
